This is not included in the pricing and is paid before or upon arrival to the HOA. You will receive a separate link to complete parking passes. This helps to speed up your check in process.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

There is a separate parking fee charged by the HOA upon arrival. $55/car with up to 2 cars maximum.
