Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
There is a separate parking fee charged by the HOA upon arrival. $55/car with up to 2 cars maximum.

I have always wanted to own a beach condo. I have been interested in starting a small business of short-term rentals to places that I enjoy visiting with my family.
